A background in software, information resources, telecommunications, supply chain, or business administration is instrumental. An advanced degree or MBA is preferred, but not required. Responsibilities:

As member of the OMNI Consulting Group practitioner team, the primary role of the Senior Consultant is to apply and expand existing skills and abilities to develop and deliver high-quality work products within a fast-paced business environment. Under the guidance of more experienced professionals, Senior Consultants interface directly in consulting engagements and research efforts while supervising more junior staff members by conducting and controlling work plan tasks.

• Leads the work of less experienced professionals and assists in the assessment, design, and development of business and/or technical requirements and solutions
• Contributes to client satisfaction by providing timely and responsive value-added services and work products that meet or exceed client expectations
• Supports the development of project proposals
• Employs data gathering techniques and analysis to assist in presenting engagement conclusions and recommendations
• Keeps team members informed of project status and demonstrates progressive development of technical, industry, and supervisory skills

Requirements:

Possess a minimum of seven years related technical or industry experience within a consulting environment. Demonstrate consistency in initiative to expand knowledge base in appropriate areas of technical, functional, and industry related areas. Must embody excellent written and oral communications skills and have flexibility to travel extensively, up to 100%. College degree required.

Years Experience: 7+ years related experience

Education: Bachelor (Minimum); Master or Ph.D. preferred

Travel Requirements: 100% Travel Required
