CLIENT DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
At the forefront of expanding
client relationships for the Firm, this highly visible
position offers you the opportunity to expand your horizons
in facilitating new service engagements and designing
practice solutions that work to meet economic research
requirements in a global marketplace. Linked closely
to each of our vertical practice portfolios, individuals
in this role serve as the primary liaison for directing
client acquisition methods and capturing project design
criteria in advance of introducing Firm principals.
Responsibilities:
The Client Development Executive plays a strategic
role to the growth of Firm client assets and resources
through a variety of routine functions. Some of these
include:
- Appraisal of new client engagements for congruency
to Firm applications
- Design of project scope and preliminary requirements
for practitioner support
- Proposal production and response to client service
inquiries
- Budgetary preparation and estimation of resource
costing
- Establish timelines and performance benchmarks in
project planning applications
- Interface with the Firm principals of each respective
portfolio for client review steps
- Supervision of practice support staff during the
proposal process
- Travel to client locations prior to commencement
of services and deployment of Firm practitioners
- Participate in regular client Quality Assessment
programs and lead satisfaction measurements
- Forecast new client service activity and internal
financial reporting
- Recruitment and management of administrative personnel
Special Skills:
Beyond the core skills of executive leadership and
multi-phase project design, successful candidates will
embody the following characteristics and areas of competency:
- Demonstrated analytical abilities
- Innovative structuring of solutions to fit unique
client objectives
- Fundamental knowledge of economics and statistical
modeling
- Essential design processes of technology
- Resource leveling and project plan creation
- Advanced proposal development and management of
client inputs
- Complex financial analysis and integration to reporting
applications
Requirements:
For immediate consideration, applicants should adequately
demonstrate the following traits in their background:
- Possess a minimum of 7-10 years experience in a
professional services background
- Significant experience leading medium and large
scale projects in an external consulting environment
- Ability to manage diverse groups or multi-functional
project teams
- Project management competency and personnel development
skills
- Leverage industry knowledge and business acumen
with exceptional depth
- Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a
problem-solving environment
- Geographic flexibility and a willingness to meet
client travel requirements
- Outstanding leadership, communication and interpersonal
skills
- MBA or Masters Degree in Economics is preferred
due to the analytical orientation required to develop
a business diagnosis and value proposition for our
clients
- Written and verbal communication skills should be
at the advanced collegiate level
- Internet technology experience is desired
